Job summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Field Service Engineer for water treatment to service and maintain systems across the UK, with some overseas travel and anticipated away-from-home periods. Visits are scheduled in advance and fully expensed.

The role covers installation, commissioning (where qualified), remote support, and proactive service improvements while ensuring high customer care and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in electro-mechanical engineering.
• Experience in the water treatment industry is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain water treatment systems at customer sites across the UK.
• Manage direct relationships with customers and plant operatives.
• Analyse and resolve problems on-site and via remote support.
• Complete installation and commissioning of plant where qualified.
• Prepare service reports and documentation (MS Word).
• Travel as required and ensure health & safety standards.
