Job Description

This successful and well-established water treatment company is currently looking to recruit a competent and experienced Water Treatment Engineer to cover a wide variety of contracts in and around the Scotland region. Applications from East Kilbride, Hamilton, Falkirk, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working as a water treatment engineer within the water treatment industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft office package.
• A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.

Role

• Carrying out installation and preventative maintenance on chemical dosing systems.
• Checking the water quality in softeners and levels of inhibitors in boiler systems.
• Closed system analysis of LTHW and CHW and results, temperature monitoring.
• Cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers, cooling towers etc.
• Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
• Deal with softeners and dosing units.
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
