This successful water treatment/water hygiene company is currently looking to recruit an experienced Water Treatment Engineer/Plumber to join their team in the Southampton region. Applications from Winchester, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have previous experience working within this role and the water treatment industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office package.
• Good working knowledge of water industry guidelines/legislation.
• Will hold NVQ or equivalent plumbing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the client’s air and water systems to ensure they comply with current Health and Safety legislation.
• Cleaning, disinfection and chlorination of hot and cold water systems and cooling towers.
• Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling and analysing water systems.
• Servicing of TMV’s.
• Undertaking installation and remedial work.
• Showerhead descaling.
• Maintain a good relationship with clients.
