SOCOTEC UK Ltd in London is seeking a Water Treatment Consultant to help clients achieve water treatment compliance. You will carry out on-site analyses, monitor cooling systems and boilers, and provide clear recommendations while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Science or engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience in water treatment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of water hygiene and traditional water treatment practices.
• Experience carrying out on-site analysis of cooling systems, steam boilers and industrial water treatment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strong client focus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• The ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively and maintain excellent attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support existing clients with water treatment compliance and deliver contractual obligations.
• Undertaking on-site water analysis across a range of key client contracts.
• Monitoring and interpreting results from cooling systems, steam boilers and general industrial water treatment systems.
• Providing clear verbal and written recommendations based on analytical findings.
• Managing client relationships at all levels to ensure excellent client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Identifying opportunities to add value to existing contracts through consultancy and account management.
• Liaising effectively with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of contractual requirements.
• Managing your own workload and diary effectively to deliver an efficient and responsive service.

Job requirements

To be a successful Water Treatment Consultant , you should be able to demonstrate:

• A science or engineering qualification, or equivalent industry experience within the water treatment sector.

• Experience carrying out on-site analysis of cooling systems, steam boilers and industrial water treatment systems.

Desirable skills include: MOD Security Clearance.
