Job Title: Water Treatment Business Development Manager
Location: Walsall, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £35k – £60k + OTE + Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee - Lead Water Treatment Business Development Manager

Profile: An established and reputable Water Treatment company working across the UK looks for an organised and diligent Water Treatment Business Development Manager based in and around the Walsall area. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales / business development / water treatment / legionella background and a proven track record of increasing revenue through promotion and cross‑selling of the company’s water treatment services. Previous experience developing and mentoring a team of sales engineers and monitoring business forecast / budgets would be beneficial.

Experience & Qualifications

The Role
  • Resourcing new business and contracts while managing existing business.
  • Promoting the company's water hygiene services.
  • Developing and monitoring business forecasts and budgets.
  • Providing clients with quotations and tenders.
  • Maintaining the company's internal database and ensuring it remains up to date.
  • Ensuring targets are met and working towards agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Attending and holding meetings to discuss the company's financial position.
  • Involvement in company sales, commercial and finance operations.
  • Developing plans for existing and new customers.
  • Assisting in the training of staff when and as required.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in line with current health and safety regulations.
