A leading company in water treatment in Newcastle is seeking a Water Treatment Administrator / Scheduler. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a water treatment company and be responsible for scheduling engineers and managing risk assessments. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a water treatment company is essential.
  • Experience scheduling engineers on a national scale is ideal.
  • Previous experience in project co-ordinator role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling the Engineers daily workload.
  • Collating Legionella Risk assessments.
  • Completing and uploading reports.
  • Liaising with clients and customers regularly.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases.
  • Producing schematic drawings using CAD software.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required.

Our established client is a leading name within the water treatment / legionella industry. They are currently recruiting for a professional experienced Water Treatment Administrator / Scheduler to join their busy office. The successful candidate will be based in Newcastle, will have previous and extensive experience working within a water treatment company and will ideally have experience scheduling engineers on a national scale. Applications from Gosforth, Gateshead, South Shields, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:
  • Good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in project co-ordinator role beneficial.
