This expanding and forward-thinking water treatment company that deals with public and commercial sector contracts is actively seeking a tenacious, smart and focused Water Treatment Administrator to join the busy office based in the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will come from a similar role within the water treatment industry and will possess strong organizational skills and will be well-versed in carrying out administrative tasks ensuring the smooth running of all office operations. Consideration will be given to applications from East Kilbride, Cumbernauld, Paisley, Clydebank and the surrounding areas.

Qualification & Experience
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, people management and organizational skills.
  • Good formal education and administrative/office experience within the water/hygiene and water treatment parameter.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Familiarity with the water treatment industry.
Key Role
  • Carrying out general administrative duties such as liaising and dealing with clients appropriately – coordinating contracts.
  • Allocating work – diarizing and scheduling tasks.
  • Entering data or information, reports, etc., correctly.
  • Managing or overseeing a small team/staff.
  • Maintaining the internal database.
  • Carrying out any other office duties as and when required.

Overall, the successful candidate will be versatile, confident and flexible and have the ability to multi-task, carry out work effectively and prioritize workload.
