A leading company in water treatment is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Administrator/Project Co-ordinator to join their Macclesfield office. The successful candidate will handle scheduling engineers nationally and liaise with clients. Qualifications

  • Previous experience scheduling and booking engineers on a national scale.
  • Extensive experience within the water treatment / legionella sector.
  • Previous experience in project coordinator role beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling the Engineers daily workload throughout the country.
  • Collating Legionella Risk assessments.
  • Completing and uploading reports.
  • Liaising with clients and customers on a regular basis.
  • Dealing with internal and external databases.
  • Produce schematic drawings using CAD software.
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Carrying out any other administrative duties as required.

Our client is a leading name within the water treatment/water hygiene sector. Due to recent expansion, they are now looking to employ an experienced Water Treatment Administrator/Project Co‑ordinator to join their busy office within the Macclesfield area. The successful candidate will have previous experience scheduling and booking of engineers on a national scale, as well as extensive experience within the water treatment / legionella sector. Applications from Chester, Crewe, Warrington, Salford and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Good educational and water hygiene administrative background.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Package.
