About the Role

Our client are a well-established water treatment/water hygiene company providing a comprehensive range of water treatment services to clients nationwide. Due to current expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Water Treatment Account Manager to work for them in the Scotland region. Applications from the central belt of Scotland and surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Must come from a solid chemical/accounts/sales/management background.
  • Previous experience in this or similar role within the water treatment industry essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft office package.
  • A good working knowledge of the water industry legislation/procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Winning new contracts and cross selling a broad range of services to a variety of clients across the UK.
  • Secure, manage and develop key accounts with new and existing clients.
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.
  • Involved in the management of cooling towers, steam boilers, hot and cold water systems and service visits etc.
  • Managing work load, service schedules, accurate record keeping and providing accurate monthly reports.
  • Ensure set targets/goals are achieved.
  • Generate new business leads.
  • Supervision of staff.
  • Ensuring that the water treatment programs are compliant with current guidelines of L8 legislation.
