Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Water Supply Engineer for a permanent role in Milton Keynes, covering a patch of works in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. The role involves attending customers’ properties to identify leaks on water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes, and making ground good on completion.

A company van, fuel card and full van stock are provided. The position is full-time (40 hours/week) with some weekend, evening and bank holiday work; salary up to 41,000 depending on

Qualifications

• Previous experience identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Experience with water companies is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers’ properties to identify leaks on water supply pipes.
• Excavate ground to fix pipes and replace/repair sections.
• Restore ground and surface after work is completed.

TXM Recruit are looking for a Water Supply Engineer to start working for one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected energy company’s.

Company Van, Fuel Card and full van stock provided.

Full Time - 40 hours a week - this includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work

Up to 41000 (Salary dependent upon experience) + £1,500 signing on bonus!In a permanent role covering a patch of works in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas you will be required to be attending customer’s properties, identifying leaks on the water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes and making the ground good once complete.

Previous experience of identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains is essential; Due to the role you must be comfortable working outdoor in all-weather types.

Ideally candidates who have worked for water companies previously are preferred but not essential.
