Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
• Multi-disciplined construction experience is vital.
• Extensive operations management experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of improving client relationships.
• Experience in achieving improved safety performance.
• Capacity for engaging and retaining quality staff.
• Proven history in effective programme management.
• Ability to influence various stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of regulatory and operating environments.
• Planning experience across short, medium, and long-term.
• Continuous improvement skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee project executions for profitability and compliance.
• Manage project management expertise to assess multiple opportunities.
• Report into governance groups on efficiency targets.
• Identify risks to programme outputs and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare business cases and track performance on overarching strategy.

Skills

Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or similar Degree qualification

Multi-disciplined construction experience

Extensive operations management experience

Proven track record of improved client relationships

Achievement of improved safety performance

Engaging and retaining high quality staff

Proven history in effective programme management

Ability to influence stakeholders

Broad understanding of regulatory environment
