Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to plan routes.
• Excellent customer service when visiting homes and cold calling.
• Attention to detail for daily sampling records.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn water industry processes.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from treatment works, reservoirs and customer homes using provided equipment.
• Oversee sampling records and maintain equipment to industry standards.
• Liaise with technical scheduling, CSWQ, regulatory and performance teams to plan workload.
• Assist with investigating supply issues or customer complaints.
