Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary water sector projects from concept to commissioning, coordinating feasibility, design, construction support and commissioning. We have over 150 people in the Water Team in Scotland, with offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth and Inverness.

Deliver projects, manage scope and risks, build client relationships, support business development and promote health, safety and wellbeing across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects within consultancy, engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly PSC.
• Proficient with project management and digital collaboration tools.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals or business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects in line with client and AECOM requirements.
• Coordinate project scope, schedule, resources and risks.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Support and develop team members, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Manage project commercial performance, including forecasting, costs and cash flow.
• Ensure effective contract administration and quality delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers where required.
• Support business development through proposals, client engagement and future opportunities.
• Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture.
