Qualifications

• Significant work experience within a similar role with a main contractor in a highly regulated environment.
• Experienced operational, delivery focused leader.
• Significant amount of practical experience in managing and delivering complex projects on major UK infrastructure schemes.

• Select, lead, direct and develop a high-performing team of project managers.
• Promote a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Provide whole life oversight for the successful delivery of projects.

Skills

Awareness of NEC Form of Contract and Subcontract

Understanding of Engineering Principles

Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Education

HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant engineering discipline
