Job summary

RSE Controls (Saftronics) in Leeds seeks Control System Engineers to design, commission and support automation solutions for the water sector. You will develop control philosophies, specify hardware/software, and contribute to robust architectures across live plant environments.

The role requires a degree in engineering and PLC/HMI/SCADA experience (Allen Bradley/Rockwell or Mitsubishi), plus a full UK driving licence. A competitive salary, pension and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent (HNC/HND/Degree).
• Proven ability in design and commissioning of control & electrical systems in process automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out intrusive surveys on live control systems.
• Develop control philosophies and hardware/software requirements.
• Design robust control system architectures and testing strategies.
• Provide ICA support and participate in FAT/SAT testing.
• Travel to sites for commissioning and support.
