Job description

Our client, a well-known water treatment/water hygiene company with a large nationwide presence is looking to recruit an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer/TMV Engineer in North London area. The successful candidate with have previous experience in delivering a range of water hygiene duties in line with ACOP L8, TMV experience carrying out servicing on TMVs. Applications from Stratford, Bromley, Brentford, Barking and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & experience:

• The applicant must have the relevant up-to-date City & Guilds qualifications.
• Previous experience of working in this role in the water treatment/water hygiene industry is essential.
• Must be fully conversant with current guidelines – (ACOP L8).
• Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with servicing of TMV.

Key Role:

• Carrying out cleaning and chlorination on both hot and cold water systems, boilers and cooling towers, etc.
• Temperature monitoring, conducting routine sampling.
• Planned preventative maintenance on all dosing equipment.
• Servicing TMV equipment.
• Completing paperwork for all works undertaken.
• Build and maintain a good working relationship with the clients/customers.
