Job summary

HBE UK, part of the Celnor Group, is recruiting a Water Hygiene Technician for the Leicester area. You will join the Field Team, delivering planned maintenance and ensuring water systems remain safe and compliant.

The role involves travel and requires hands-on experience with Legionella monitoring. The successful candidate will hold a UK driving licence, be legally able to work in the UK, and work independently with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on Legionella monitoring experience.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence.
• Legally entitled to work in the UK.
• Confident working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Carry out temperature monitoring of outlets, calorifiers, and water systems.
• Perform cleaning and disinfection of showers.
• Conduct water heater and calorifier inspections.
• Complete cold water tank inspections.
• Perform TMV fail-safe checks and servicing.
• Ensure all allocated work is completed accurately and on time.
• Follow HBE and client operating procedures.
• Undertake any other duties required as part of the role.
