Job summary

A leading water hygiene company based in North Shields is seeking an Experienced Water Hygiene Technician to provide critical water treatment services. The role includes conducting water sampling, monitoring water temperatures, and servicing equipment. Applicants must have previous water hygiene experience and a full manual driving licence. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and various benefits including holiday entitlements and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Previous water hygiene experience is essential.
• Full manual driving licence required.
• Confined space training is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct water sampling for quality assurance.
• Monitor water temperatures to ensure safety.
• Perform descaling of shower heads and hoses.
• Service thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs).
• Carry out tank cleans to maintain hygiene.

• Salary £25,397-£28,500 (depending on experience), In addition to your basic salary there are significant opportunities to earn bonuses and overtime is readily available
• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
• 23 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. After 2 complete years' continuous service with the Company you will be entitled to one extra day of holiday for every complete year of service thereafter, to a maximum of 25 days

Requirements
