Responsibilities

• Conduct all work in line with HSE ACOP L8 and HSG274.
• Perform temperature checks and outlet flushing.
• Execute showerhead and tank cleaning/disinfection.
• Carry out water sampling and submission to laboratories.
• Inspect calorifiers and perform mains disinfections.
• Conduct minor plumbing work and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service.

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (DOE) + Overtime + Bonuses

Vehicle: Company Van Provided (Business & Personal Use)

Hours: Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | No Weekends

Key Duties

• Conduct all work in line with HSE ACOP L8 and HSG274
• Temperature checks and outlet flushing
• Showerhead and tank cleaning / disinfection
• Water sampling and submission to laboratories
• Calorifier inspections and mains disinfections
• Minor plumbing work and risk assessments (if qualified)
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service
