  • Compile comprehensive reports and site information for clients.
  • Produce detailed schematics of hot and cold water systems.
  • Assist Account Manager/Supervisor in on-site operations and supervision.
  • Audit site records, logbooks, and monitoring regimes to ensure compliance.
  • Support the delivery of sampling, monitoring, and other water treatment tasks.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver professional service on all contracts.
  • Promote the Company's values and reputation at all times.

Job description

In this field-based role, you'll play a key part in helping our clients meet essential water safety standards and legal obligations. As a Risk Assessor, you'll conduct technical surveys, compile accurate reports, and support our clients in managing the risks associated with Legionella bacteria. This is a full-time position reporting to an Account Manager or Supervisor. While we're actively recruiting in the York/Leeds region, the role may occasionally require travel to other locations across the UK.

Job Purpose

To carry out technical risk assessments and produce detailed reports relating to water hygiene and Legionella control in line with ACoP L8 and HSG274 guidelines. This role is integral in helping clients across local authority buildings, housing, schools, and leisure centres remain compliant and safe.

Role information

Location: York / Leeds

Contract Type: Fulltime – Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: up to £14.51 per hour (DOE)
