Location: Burton‑On‑Trent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct temperature monitoring and provide accurate exception and action reporting.
  • Perform shower head and tap cleaning and descaling.
  • Carry out expansion vessel flushing.
  • Inspect and report on cold water and calorifier systems.
  • Perform calorifier blow downs.
  • Collect and sample microbiological data.
  • Service and test TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).
  • Clean cold water storage tanks and disinfect systems.
  • Conduct mains injection disinfection.
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience in water hygiene tasks such as temperature monitoring, cleaning, and disinfection.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • A willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience in logbook review and reporting.
  • Knowledge of Legionella Risk Assessments for hot and cold‑water systems.
  • Familiarity with CAD production on AutoCAD.
Day‑to‑Day
  • Visiting client sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver high‑quality services.
  • Engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Traveling to different locations and occasionally staying overnight.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports for all tasks completed.
