Aufgaben

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on water hygiene, heating and hot water systems across the estate.
• Undertake monitoring, sampling, testing, disinfection, interpretation of results and re-dosing with accurate records.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, COSHH and safe systems of work requirements.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and manage daily workloads with minimal supervision.
• Complete planned preventative maintenance tasks and record activities; report remedial works.
• Maintain high standards of productivity, workmanship and customer service, identifying issues.
