Job summary

A leading plumbing and water hygiene company is seeking an experienced Plumber/Water Hygiene Engineer in Manchester. Candidates should have prior experience conducting Legionella Risk Assessments and a plumbing qualification (Level 2/3). The role includes responsibilities like TMV installations, water sampling, and general plumbing tasks. It is crucial for applicants to be based in the UK, as VISA sponsorship is not available. A full driving license and willingness to stay away overnight are necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Water Hygiene/Treatment environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good understanding of Legionella, in accordance with ACOP L8 & HSG274.

Job description

As a Plumber/Water Hygiene Engineer from within the Water Hygiene/Treatment environment you will be expected to have prior experience in:

• Legionella Risk Assessments.
• Schematic Drawings.
• Descaling.
• TMV Servicing.
• Water Sampling.
• Dead Leg Removals.
• TMV Installations.
• Cold Water Storage Tank Installations.
• General Plumbing Works. Held similar role.
• Plumbing Qualification (Ideally Level 2/3).
• Good understanding of Legionella, in accordance with ACOP L8 & HSG274.
• Ability to work independently.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Willingness to stay away overnight as and when required.
• DBS check may also be required.
