Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Salary/Benefits: £25k – £32k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a well-established name within the Environmental Compliance industry, who are seeking a reliable Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts in the Home Counties region. Applicants will need to have existing experience working within the industry and will need to be flexible in order to adapt to changing company requirements. For successful candidates, they are offering attractive basic salaries and comprehensive packages, including: training, overtime, pension scheme and use of a company vehicle.

Experience / Qualifications
  • Must have experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer, within a well-established outfit
  • Able to work in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
  • Comfortable working across a varied portfolio of client sites
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Proficient with using IT software to complete reportd
  • Professional manner
The Role
  • Conducting a variety of ACOP L8 compliance tasks across local authority, commercial and public sector client sites
  • Showerhead descales
  • TMV inspections and servicing
  • Acid descales
  • Basic flushing routines
  • Calorifier inspections
  • Water sampling
  • Temperature monitoring
  • Keeping accurate records of works completed
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
