Job Title: Water Hygiene Contracts Co‑Ordinateur

Location: Dudley, West Midlands.

Salary / Benefits: £19k – £26k + Training + Benefits

An innovative and leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company we are working closely with is now seeking a strong Water Hygiene Contract Co‑Ordinateur. You will be joining their friendly team in the West Midlands. This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills, able to book work and efficiently arrange accommodation on a national scale.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Wolverhampton, Wednesbury, West Bromwich, Dudley, Birmingham, Halesowen, Solihull, Litchfield, Cannock, Marston Green, Stourbridge.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Water hygiene background, working within an administrative position.
  • Able to organise workload in line with company requirements.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • IT literate and able to work from company databases.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
The Role
  • Work on internal databases, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with clients to book and confirm jobs to be carried out.
  • Answer phone calls, direct customers correctly, deal with enquiries.
  • Arrange accommodation for engineers upon confirmation of work.
  • Raise purchase orders and invoice upon completion of work.
  • Book work for engineers.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks, e.g., scanning, filing documents and sending post.
