Job Title: Senior Water Hygiene Account Manager

Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Account Manager through to Lead Water Hygiene Account Manager

Profile: A leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company with a national presence working across Local Authority, Social Housing, Healthcare, Retail, and Industrial sites. They are now looking to take on a switched on and organised Senior Water Hygiene Account Manager based in and around the London area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the Water Hygiene industry, working within a Sales / Management position, managing client accounts, attending meetings and generating new business. For the successful candidate the client can offer an attractive holiday allowance, company vehicle and fuel card, structured training and development and pension scheme.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Will have extensive experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company, and have a strong technical, sales and management background.
• Will have extensive knowledge of relevant ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines.
• Must have excellent communication and organisational skills.

The Role:

• Managing an established portfolio of L8 Compliance Accounts for key clients across the South East and London.
• Managing own schedule, attending site visits and client meetings.
• Ensuring timely delivering of services; to include cleans and chlorination’s, TMV servicing, PPM sampling/ monitoring regimes.
• Identifying commercial opportunities within existing contracts and upselling remaining services.
• Providing support to account managers and engineers.
• Dealing with client queries and resolving in a timely manner.
• Ordering in any materials in a timely manner for site work.
• Producing Risk Assessment and Method Statements for work to be carried out.
