Job summary

Travelodge is looking for a Plumber (Water Efficiency) to travel across the UK, carrying out repairs and water-saving installations in our hotels, helping to reduce water consumption as part of our Better Future sustainability plan.

You will work independently, manage stock and reporting, hold NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and a UK driving licence, and stay away Monday to Friday with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is required.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Willing to stay away Monday to Friday, overnight stays expected.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs to water-wasting appliances, including toilets, valves and overflows.
• Install water-saving fittings and take water meter readings.
• Investigate internal and external leaks and conduct water efficiency audits.
• Record flow rates and water pressure; ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Travelodge policies.
• Manage workload, maintain stock levels and complete daily reporting.
