We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Luxury Sales Consultant / Watch Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury watches, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role requires delivering a premium shopping experience, providing expert advice, and helping clients find the perfect timepiece.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's values and standards.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, complications, and industry trends.
- Actively engage with clients, providing personalised advice and guidance on watch selection.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor meets brand presentation standards.
- Support stock management, including inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
- Participate in in‑store events, launches, and client experiences.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewellery.
- Strong knowledge and passion for watches, horology, and luxury brands.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
