Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is recruiting an Operations Performance Manager to lead a 2-3 person team across Witney and surrounding sites in Wastewater operations. The role focuses on safety, performance and project delivery.

You will travel between sites, manage up to 15 Sewage Treatment Works, supervise up to 12 technicians, and drive improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successfully managing an operational team with strong leadership
• Ideally IOSH- or equivalent-qualified to lead Health & Safety culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to give constructive feedback
• Proven ability to analyse data using Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Lead the Health & Safety culture of the team and ensure total compliance
• Manage performance of Sewage Treatment Works to meet plant availability and quality targets
• Drive work management and staff development to raise team performance
• Own and manage budgetary/financial activities and drive efficiencies
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and stakeholders
