Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Wastewater Network Modeller (Assistant to Principal) to develop, analyse, and maintain hydraulic models supporting asset performance and feasibility studies.

You will provide technical input on urban drainage, support feasibility studies, prepare reports, coordinate field investigations, and help maintain client relationships while contributing to team knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, environmental science, geography, or related discipline.
  • Chartered membership of a relevant professional institution or working toward chartership.
  • Sound knowledge of urban drainage modelling and ability to validate technical outputs.
  • Extensive experience with hydraulic modelling software, particularly InfoWorks ICM or similar.
  • Familiarity with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or MapInfo.

At WSP, our Water Team delivers hydraulic modelling and wastewater network solutions to major UK water companies. The role of Wastewater Network Modeller (Assistant to Principal) involves developing, analyzing, and maintaining hydraulic models to support asset performance and feasibility studies.
