Job Title: Wastewater Modeller - InfoWorks ICM (Storm Overflow Alliance Projects)

Location: Leeds / fully remote

Contract Type: 12 months & ongoing contract (inside IR35)

Rate/Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Wastewater Modeller with strong InfoWorks ICM expertise to join our team supporting Storm Overflow Alliance projects. The role involves developing, calibrating, and maintaining wastewater network models to help deliver sustainable solutions for overflow management, resilience, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, verify, and calibrate hydraulic models in InfoWorks ICM for wastewater and stormwater networks.
  • Support the assessment and design of storm overflow improvement schemes in line with regulatory and environmental requirements.
  • Interpret hydraulic modelling results to inform investment planning, design, and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including civil engineers, environmental specialists, and asset planners.
  • Prepare technical reports, presentations, and modelling outputs for internal and client review.
  • Ensure all modelling work aligns with company standards, client specifications, and industry best practice.

  • Proven experience in wastewater modelling using InfoWorks ICM (essential).
  • Experience working on storm overflow, network performance, or flood risk projects.
  • Understanding of UK water industry processes, standards, and data requirements.
