Job summary

Eko Talent seeks a Waste Water Technician/Engineer to support cutting-edge wastewater plants across Yorkshire. You will perform hands-on maintenance and operate treatment systems while monitoring controls and safety compliance.

The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with a salary of £45,000–£50,000 plus overtime, plus a company van, fuel card, and paid travel. Experience with pumps and treatment plants is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in waste water plants, pumping stations, process plants etc.
• Experience completing preventative and reactive maintenance of pumping systems.
• Engineering Level 3 Qualification required.

Responsibilities

• First line maintenance of all treatment systems, especially pumping stations.
• Maintenance of industrial water pumps.
• Breakdown support of all site maintenance across your local area.
• Operate and monitor waste water treatment plants.
• Monitor control systems for the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate records of plant performance, maintenance activities, and compliance checks.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
