As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for organising and coordinating the work of your team to ensure deadlines are met and progress is reported. We are looking for a natural leader and an excellent communicator, with a background in Waste and Environmental services and an understanding of how local authorities operate. You will need a flexible approach to work, as the role may require evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.

You will work outdoors in all weather conditions for prolonged periods. You must hold a full driving licence and be able to travel independently and reliably as part of your daily duties.
