Waste Consultant Team Leader | North England & Scotland | Field Coaching, Sales Performance & Customer Growth

About the role

As a Waste Consultant Team Leader, you’ll lead from the front - out in the field with your team - coaching in real customer situations, strengthening selling habits, and raising the standard of every customer conversation. You’ll build a strong operating rhythm, use insight to focus effort on the opportunities that matter most, and help your team win new business and grow revenue - while protecting customer satisfaction and retention.

This is a high-impact role within the Commercial Waste Leadership Team, with real scope to shape how we sell and serve across the UK and beyond.

A key part of the role is building our Go-To-Market Blueprint and define what “great” looks like in commercial waste - the standards, operating model and coaching approach that embed consistent, repeatable excellence.
