Gravesham Borough Council is offering a Waste Management Unit Business Administration Apprentice role at Brookvale Depot, Northfleet. The role provides hands-on admin experience within a busy local government team, with opportunities to develop in customer service and office tasks.
You will report to the Commercial Waste & Projects Manager, assist with day-to-day operations, and work toward completing a Level 3 BTEC Diploma in Business Administration while contributing to service development.
Salary:£15,434.29 per annum
Location:Brookvale Depot, Northfleet
Contract:Temporary (18 months)
Working Pattern:Full Time

You will be responsible to the Commercial Waste & Projects Manager and you will assist in the administration of the day‑to‑day operations and development of the Waste Management Unit.
You will work as part of a busy team offering administrative support to the department while engaging with and responding to customer and colleague enquiries, to support the day‑to‑day operations and development of the Waste Management Unit.
While doing so, you will work‑based evidence towards the completion of a BTEC Diploma Business Administration Level 3.
