Job summary

A leading energy job board is seeking a Warranty Surveyor (Building Inspector) in the UK. You will be responsible for servicing new build sites, conducting site inspections, and working on varied projects up to £300m. The ideal candidate will have membership in relevant professional organizations and experience in building inspection. A full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Part or Full member of professional organisations: RICS / CIOB / CABE / Similar.
• Prior experience in a Building Inspector, Building Control or Warranty Surveying capacity is preferable.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant construction standards.
• Ability to undertake site inspections to assess quality and the cause/effect of building defects.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
