Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings group, seeks a Warrant Field Agent to execute warrants across the UK as a self-employed role.

You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and benefit from flexible working days and a guaranteed daily rate of £130–£150 per day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Warrant Field Agent or similar operational role.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Access to own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle if working in London zone.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history.

Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Recover utility arrears and perform meter disconnections/exchanges.
• Plan, organise and lead on-site teams including specialists.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, FCA rules and data protection.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation on operations and performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve objectives.

Warrant Officer – Self-Employed

Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role

As a Warrant Field Agent, you will be responsible for executing court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. This is a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, guaranteed daily rates, and clear visibility of upcoming work.

You will operate independently while leading on-site teams and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection requirements, and company policies
• Conduct operational assessments and evaluations to improve effectiveness
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance
• Identify, manage, and resolve disputes in line with agreed procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Work as many days as you choose (minimum of 2 weekdays per week)
• 8-hour working day
• Monday to Friday and/or Saturdays (subject to client operating hours)
• Guaranteed daily rate

Requirements
