Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers in Redhill is seeking a practical Warehouse/Yard Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role keeps our feedstore and yard organised, safe and ready for customers, with a focus on friendly service.

You will help with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate deliveries, maintain stock records, and ensure areas meet company standards. A forklift licence is desirable; own transport is essential as noted.

Qualifications

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands-on retail setting.
• Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices.
• Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment.
• Forklift Truck licence (desirable).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success.
• Own transport is essential as public transport is not available.

• Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries.
• Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items.
