Position Overview
The Warehouse Team Member III is a subject matter expert in receiving, shipping, warehousing, and inventory operations within the Mechanic and Blades Warehouse. The role oversees activities related to shipping, receiving, storing, supplies and dispatch of materials to ensure effective and efficient operations and material transportation using SAP for tracking.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks in rigging, shipping, receiving, inventory, small or gearbox components operations as assigned.
- Adhere to all processes with little to no supervision.
- Collaborate on designing and implementing standard processes within the assigned work area.
- Work with leadership to effectively and efficiently resource plan for day‑to‑day activities.
- Act as first‑level escalation for operational challenges for other Warehouse Team Members.
- Safely load, transfer, and unload palletized and non‑palletized materials using assigned equipment.
- Perform basic and complex transactions in SAP and troubleshoot most SAP errors to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Conduct or coordinate on‑process training, including line orientation and risk review, of all new team members or those transferring into the area.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Physical Demands
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Climb stairs or ladders, work on step stools or ladders.
- Lift, push, pull or carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Frequently walk, stand, look up/dn, balance, stoop, twist, kneel, and bend.
- Constantly grip and manually manipulate items with repetitive motion (e.g., hand tools, turbine parts).
- See and hear alarms, timers, and follow verbal instructions; color differentiation may be required.
- Learn and interpret instructions and translate them into work.
Education, Training, and Skills Required
- 3–5 years of experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of stock control and inventory management practices.
- Experience operating a forklift and reach truck (preferred).
- Experience working within SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise directions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand basic drawings, schematics, and process documents.
- Intermediate level understanding of Microsoft Office.

Job Details
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $26.50 ‑ $32.54 per hour
