This is your opportunity to play a key role in developing our workforce, supporting new starters, and ensuring training standards are consistently high across the site.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Deliver Equipment Training – Conduct hands‑on training for various warehouse vehicles including LLOP (standard and T‑mote), PPT (short and long leg), reach truck, counterbalance, scissor lift, and pump truck as needed.
  • Lead Inductions & Manual Handling Training – Facilitate new starter inductions and SMART manual handling sessions to ensure safety and compliance from day one.
  • Training Administration & Compliance – Maintain and update training matrices, track refresher training schedules, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Update Safety Documentation – Regularly review and revise Safe Systems of Work (SSOWs) to reflect current operational practices and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Planning Team – Work closely with the planning department to align training schedules with operational needs, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse activities.
