Job summary

Ethero is seeking a warehouse operative in the East Midlands. The role offers a pay rate of £13.64 per hour and a standard Monday–Friday pattern from 08:00 to 16:30, with on-site parking. The position is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a strong emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and cross-training across departments.

Applicants should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and demonstrate a team-oriented mindset. Own transport is required due to location.

Responsibilities

• Following and promoting health and safety procedures to ensure the welfare of yourself and those around you.
• Develop towards a multi skilled member of the team by way of cross training within other departments across our warehouse.
• Small repairs using hand tools.
• Lifting, moving, jet washing cold room panels.
• General warehouse tasks and high standard of housekeeping.
• Ensure all processes and working practices comply to Company / Site procedures.
• Maintain compliance to Health and Safety policy and all other associated Accreditations and procedures.
