Do you have a background in Audio or Sound Engineering or similar? Are you looking to advance your career within a world class audio rental company known for excellent progression pathways, plentiful overtime to substantially increase your earnings and the opportunity to assist in global events and tours?

This market‑leading audio rental company provides audio equipment for live events across the UK and around the globe. They have experienced steady growth since their establishment 45 years ago and have recently been acquired by a global audio company, moving into a larger premises and increasing their headcount to 150 people.

In This Varied Role

You will be responsible for all of the preparation and de‑prepping of a range of state‑of‑the‑art equipment including microphones, stands and Radio Frequency equipment. You will test, fault‑find and maintain all departmental equipment. The role is a 5‑day week which may include weekend work; any hours worked over 35 will be paid as overtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and repair of audio equipment including microphones, stands and RF equipment.
  • Preparation and de‑prepping of all equipment.
  • Assisting casual staff and working with other departments.
  • 35 hours per week (core hours 10:00‑18:00), 5 days out of 7.
  • Overtime available at 1.5 × hourly rate.
  • Progression and training opportunities.
