The role involves managing warehouse operations and leading a team to deliver excellent service and safety standards. As Warehouse Team Manager, you’ll work as part of a team responsible for managing the operations, warehouse and most importantly… the people! You’ll really ‘get’ the value in recognising good work in the team and making sure they are motivated will be your priority! You’ll lead the team putting safety at the forefront and working towards shared goals of delivering the best service!
Some of the key parts of the role:
You’ll make sure all goods are received, booked in and replenished safely and efficiently through managing the team. You’ll take charge of looking after company equipment making sure it is maintained and organised to reach maximum productivity levels.
