Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor

We at Interaction Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who is a leading UK manufacturer in their field.

They are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor to join their team.

You will be working in the warehouses, supporting the warehouse staff and FLT drivers, reporting into the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and support of the FLT drivers and shunters, ensuring smooth flow of goods in and out of other sites.
• Pushing for excellence in the role and the business, teams and everyone visiting the site.
• Supporting the business and Warehouse Manager regarding improvements/new systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a warehouse role with team leading experience.
• Highly organised, good communicator, practical approach to issues and daily tasks, able to lead with a positive attitude.
• In date reach FLT licence, Microsoft Office experience, own transport as you will be looking after 3 sites.
