Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all issues relating to Health & Safety and the Environment during shift.
  • Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership.
  • Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective operations.
  • Effective leadership, management and communication with all warehouse departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring high levels of excellence in culture and behaviours.
  • Recognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all internal / external KPI's are achieved and regularly reviewed.
