A leading retail company is seeking a Team Leader to manage logistics operations in Shaw. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure compliance with operational standards, and drive a continuous improvement culture. Responsibilities include managing colleague attendance and meeting production targets. The role offers 24 days holiday, an annual bonus scheme, and a supportive work environment.
We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Logistics team! As a Team Leader for N Brown you'll work to effectively manage operational processes, resource and colleagues within our Logistics operation. You'll provide an excellent customer experience for all of our internal and external customers within agreed objectives and SLA's and you'll drive change through a continuous improvement culture. We're looking for people that are passionate about leading people and you'll be a role model for our core behaviours and be a true advocate for our culture!
Shift pattern: 4 days on 4 days off. Your working hours will be 1:30pm to 1am.
Location: Our Logistics hub is located in Shaw, Oldham. It can be easily accessed via Tram which is a just few minutes walk away and we also offer free car parking for anyone who wishes to drive to the site
