Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and support a warehouse team to achieve operational targets across two depots.
• Create and manage work schedules, organise daily picking requirements, and ensure fair distribution of workloads.
• Implement timelines, monitor progress, and encourage adherence to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Follow and enforce all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure proper use and reporting of warehouse equipment and PPE.
• Key holder responsibilities for the Bristol depot.
