We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our site in Minworth and help us continue delivering high standards with our high performing teams. This is a full‑time, permanent position. You will be working Monday‑Thursday 13:30 – 22:00 and an earlier finish on Friday, 13:30 – 21:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

You’ll be paid a salary of £29,101.80 per annum (£14.35 per hour) and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

• You will lead your team and coordinate activities that will achieve business goals, whilst promoting a team‑based culture.
• You will be aware of any hazards, incidents or accidents and report them to the proper authority to ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
• You will provide best possible employee relations by positive leadership, encouragement, motivation, regular communication and respect.
• You will create and maintain a positive team culture and spirit, encouraging involvement from all team members when sharing group, divisional and team information.
