Location: Crick, NN6

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm

Pay: £13.55 per hour (£26,422.50 per year)

Additional Pay: £20 per day when covering the Manager's annual leave

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Warehouse Team Leader to join our client based in Crick. You will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, including goods‑in, stock management, order picking and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the AM warehouse team to achieve daily targets
• Organise workloads and allocate tasks effectively
• Monitor performance, quality, and safety standards
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Cover the Warehouse Manager's duties during periods of annual leave (with £20 per day cover payment)

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (leadership experience preferred)
• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• PPT experience or licence desirable
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead by example
• Reliable, punctual and safety‑conscious
