Key Responsibilities
  • You will lead your team and coordinate activities that will achieve business goals, whilst promoting a team-based culture
  • You will be aware of any hazards, incidents or accidents and report them to the proper authority to ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • You will provide best possible employee relations by positive leadership, encouragement, motivation, regular communication and respect

Schedule, Compensation and Benefits

This is a full time, permanent position. You will be working Monday-Thursday 13:30 - 22:00 and an earlier finish on a Friday, 13:30 - 21:00. Pay, benefits and more: You'll be paid a salary of £29,101.80 per annum (£14.35 per hour) and 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
